Join Our Team

We are looking for people who share our ethos of independent tailored veterinary care to join us in our new adventure.

Pear Tree Vets will be opening in Autumn 2024. If you are someone who is passionate about looking after pets and their owners, and would like a chance to help us create a new practice where we all love being in this profession, then please get in touch with us. We are looking for qualified registered Veterinary Nurses, Veterinary Receptionists and Animal Care Assistants.

Work-life balance is a top priority for all our team, and we want to be as flexible as possible so that you can work around your personal commitments.

We are not looking to hire any additional veterinary surgeons at this moment in time, but don't hesitate to get in touch for an unofficial chat if you'd like to work for us in future, or if you are a locum veterinary surgeon who would be interested in doing relief work for us as we grow.

REGISTERED VETERINARY NURSES

Join us at the beginning of our journey as we open a new independent small animal clinic in Leamington and be part of our vision having a say in shaping the practice from the start. If you are passionate about high standards of patient care and supporting clients, then please get in touch with us.

We are keen for you to make use of your amazing RVN skills, with opportunities to run nurse clinics and/or perform Schedule 3 procedures depending on your passion. We plan to become a training practice for SVN's, and apply for Gold ISFM Accreditation (separate cat consult room, cat waiting area and cattery all located upstairs).

We are open to applicants looking for either full or part time roles with us. There are no OOH requirements, however there is a minimum requirement to take part in a 1 in 3 Saturday morning rota.

Salary £27,000-30,000

Holiday 6.6 weeks including Bank Holidays

Both RCVS and VDS covered

Annual £600 CPD budget and 2 days CPD leave

Generous Employee discount scheme available

We will have all the necessary kit to ensure that you can do your job to the best of your abilities. We want everyone to leave work each day feeling supported to have done the best for you and our patients. Breaks are breaks, with a separate staff room/kitchen where there are no phones and you will not be disturbed. We look forward to hearing from you.

You can email us at hello@peartreevets.co.uk, telling us a little bit about yourself and why you want to work at Pear Tree Vets. Please also provide a recent CV. We look forward to hearing from you and building a wonderful team!
